Established in 2010 as an independent legal and financial entity, non-political and non-profit, pursuant to Paragraph (k) of Article 5 of the Law on the Establishment of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, and Article 5 of the Law on the Continuous Improvement of the Business Environment, and with the approval and supervision of the Iran Chamber, the Association was founded with an unlimited duration of activity and a nationwide territorial scope within the Islamic Republic of Iran.
