The year 1999 marked the beginning of a journey that is now approaching a stage of maturity and growth: the establishment of a domestic medical equipment manufacturing company. The story of Behyar began with the production of a professional patient transport stretcher.

At a time when various options were available for initiating production, careful consideration of existing capabilities, available opportunities, future prospects, and the unmet needs that could realistically be addressed through manufacturing led to the choice of producing stretchers. This type of stretcher was not common at the time and required significant effort to prove its value; however, it had the potential to bring comfort and a sense of reassurance to patients.
