Kavosh Mega was founded in 1984 (1363 in the Iranian calendar) in a small workshop, taking into account the needs of society, consumer welfare, and ambitious goals. In this pursuit, the company successfully produced hospital, clinical, medical, and laboratory equipment, including autoclaves in various capacities, ovens, incubators, chemical hoods, laminar flow cabinets, and more.

Since 2012 (1391), the company has continued its activities and, through years of effort and reliance on Almighty God, has expanded its product range to over fifty items, contributing, albeit modestly, to the vibrant industrial cycle of the country.

Kavosh Mega Medical has aligned its production with modern global technologies to manufacture high-quality products competitive with foreign equivalents. This has resulted in obtaining Iranian national standard certification, implementing ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality management systems, receiving approval from the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, and currently undergoing the process to obtain the international CE standard.
